The staff was attentive, particularly during our breakfast.

The room I was assigned was situated under a slanted roof, making it quite hot and uncomfortable .

Had a very nice stay for two nights, recommend this place. The breakfast was great with fine cuisine with outstanding food. The location in a downtown area was exceptionally nice and lovely and there where a supermarket and stores nearby.

My stay was good for two nights. The very pleasant food was a good touch. The staff was very very helpful and active when needed. The location of the hotel was magnificent, on the very picturesque church nearby. Further, it was short walk to the city center as well as the tram station.

Just back from Hotel Sternen, where breakfast and dinner blew me away! The room was spacious and comfy, and despite some initial transport hiccups, it's only 15 mins from Bern's old town. Definitely a sweet spot to relax and enjoy!

Incredibly kind staff in the reception desk, generous sized rooms. Lovely and perfectly comfortable location with parking outside. Found in the quiet area.

the location was nice: a supermarket and shops were within walking distance. even the belp airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away. we ate good bread and baked buns for breakfast.

No complaints.

Room was great, but we got stuck in a sauna-like one initially.

I had such high hopes for this place, but alas, the breakfast wasn't complementary as promised, and the basement parking is beyond narrow. I woudl've expected a room upgrade after these inconveniences, but no red carpet treatment for me. Absoluteley disappointing overall. I almost rated this better but just couldn't bring myself to it.

Good breakfast and ideally located next to tram stop to get into the city centre

Don't stay here if you want a good night's rest! There is a clock tower right next to the hotel that chimes every hour on the hour and kept us up all night. It was a nightmare. It was a shame because the hotel had some real positives, but waking up feeling so tired the next day wiped out all of that and we wouldn't stay here again.

The staff is particularly friendly and courteous. Very practical is the tram stop right in front of the hotel and the free ticket for local transport during the whole stay, also on the day of arrival,

Prices in comparison to location felt high!!! Roadworks made the parking unapproachable!!! Noisy nights with tram sounds detracted from restfulness!!!

Breakfast is Ok, the rom was clean.

Almost evrything including: it did not offer any assistance for carrying our luggage; it does not have air condition in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel; our room had no window that we could open so we had to open the door to get some air...the mattress was very hard and the pillow was the worst I have ever had.

I found it good value for money and with the tram station outside traveling into Bern was no problem
